• Tailored outreach strategy for approximately 100 new identified donors
• Conducted research on donors
• BCS has expanded from a small facility to multiple campuses, with further national expansion opportunities

• 7 national merit scholar graduates
• Student population averaged in top 20% on Stanford Achievement Test
• Provided the invitation-only opportunity to become just the 11th
school in the country to be recognized by Association of Christian
Schools International under its “Exemplary” rating system
PATIENT SERVICES INCORPORATED
Purpose: Founded by a patient for patients, Patient Services Incorporated worked to help individuals with chronic illnesses by paying for medications, providing health insurance, legal advice, and continuous support.
Our Value Add:
• Advised executive leadership on defining roles and responsibilities of additional team and board members
• Initiated discovery mapping exercise, leading to identification of dozens of donors
• Created and documented investment strategy and gift acceptance policy
• Outlined additional ways of giving for donors to make a multiplied impact
• Developed messaging to educate donors on various gifting strategies
Notable about PSI:
• $56 million of services provided to 15,000 clients, with 92.5% of donations directly transferred to patients
CARBON MINERALIZATION INSTITUTE
Our Value Add:
• Guided leadership team through process of becoming an official 501(c)(3)
• Helped craft mission and vision statements
• Expanded network of potential donors through mapping exercise and leverage of CMI’s intellectual property revenue streams
• Developed comprehensive statement to communicate the purpose and
value of Carbon Mineralization Institute
• Assessed universities to determine future residency possibilities for CMI

• CMI will be administering CarbonStar, envisioned to soon become an international standard for carbon embodiment in concrete
